One Month Winter Retreat Checklist
Below is just a sampling of what I typically pack for solitary and remote one month retreats

1 Small Can – Tomato Paste
1 Small Can – Coconut Milk
Jars:
2 Jars – Almond Butter
2 Jars – Jam
2 Jars – Salsa
1 Jar – Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
1 Jar – Ghee (small)
2 Jars – Applesauce
1-2 Quarts – Juice
Condiments:
1 – Salad Dressing
1 – Small Veganaise
1 – Small Flax Oil
1 – Small Bottle Braggs
1 – 10 oz. Honey Bear

Breads and Pastas:
6 – Sprouted Tortillas
30 – Small Corn Tortillas
1 Bag – Buckwheat Noodles

6 – 8 – Avocados (Buy unripe and keep in fridge)
