Club Med(itation)
(CLUB MEDitation is not associated with any particular school and does not favor or push any particular approach. The idea of this gathering is that we all have unique paths and can benefit from coming together to discuss the wisdom of different traditions.)

In this casual style drop in community class we will be exploring a variety of approaches to meditation and trouble shooting our individual practices and any difficulties we may be having.  Regardless of what kind of meditation you are drawn to there are a number of skills that are essential to develop. Short guided sits combined with discussion of a variety of different approaches.
