* Monthly X Day

An "X Day" is a day where you unplug from stimulus. Unplug your phone, unplug your computer and unplug your tv. You also take a vow of silence on this day. Use the day to do soulful things, to reconnect. Be out in nature, paint a picture, read something uplifting.

The key to having "X Day" is to plan it well in advance and to not let anything infringe on that day. Go through your calendar and mark an "X" on one day a month. This day is sacred, treat it as such.
